Once approved, return the product in its original packaging via Trackable Mail Service within 100 days of delivery to the address provided by our customer service representative.

  3. Before starting your hair removal journey, take a "before" photo of the treatment area to document the amount of hair before shaving. Before each use, take a photo from the same skin section before shaving and record a short video during the treatment (just two flashes on the same area). To demonstrate consistent use over the 12-week period, you must take at least 10 photos and videos and send them to info@secretreza.com.

    Note: If you are using the device on multiple treatment areas, you only need to take progress photos of your hand.

  4. Incomplete, unclear, or illegible claims will not be accepted.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

  5. Once we receive the returned product, we will process a full refund of the purchase price.
